Sales Engineer Intern

Product and technical knowledge:
- Get a deep knowledge of the Rulex Platform with the aim of delivering excellent and powerful demos and lead effective webinars that highlight our differentiating features and benefits in the context of our value proposition
- Be able to address most technical questions concerning customization, integration, and general feature/functionality of the platform
- Develop and/or lead the development of Rulex workflows to address customer requirements as part of PoCs or Pilot projects
- Continuously align with Product Management, Marketing and Sales, providing feedback regarding customer requirements and issues
- Customer engagement
- Effectively communicate the value of our software to prospective customers, from IT managers and technicians to C-level executives
- Along with Marketing, Sales and Product Management, and based on market or customer feedback, lead the definition, development and presentation of product and solution demos and PoCs for prospects and partners
