Duties
• Writing and maintaining effective end-user technical documentation on Rulex Platform and correlated technologies. This includes learning how to use the software through provided Rulex Academy courses.
• Collaborating with other teams on the maintenance of existing technical documentation (e.g., Product Development, IT, Technical Support).
• Collaborating with the Product Development team to align on new and changed features and provide support in writing release notes.
• Supporting the testing of new software releases through the construction of scenarios in technical documentation.
